Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)

A one-time registration fee of ₹500 is charged for processing new admissions. This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, non-joining, or withdrawal.

2. Tuition, Hostel & Other Fees

Other fees such as hostel charges, security deposits, or mess fees may be refundable or partially refundable depending on the conditions mentioned in the admission agreement or receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges and outstanding dues.

3. Refund Request Process

  1. Email your refund request to support@thegurukulhosteljamtara.in with student name, registration ID, and payment details.
  2. Requests will be reviewed within 7 working days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment method.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies) may be considered at the sole discretion of the hostel management. Any such approval must be provided in writing.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may lead to administrative penalties or affect future admissions.

6. Policy Updates

The Gurukul Hostel reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
